Exchange or Return of Goods

Sathicomputer has a straightforward return and exchange policy. If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so within two days of receiving it. However, if you wish to return a product due to damage, you must contact their support team within one hour of delivery. To initiate the return process, you must record a video or take photos of the damage and send them to return@sathicomputer.com or through their social media platform along with the bill. Sathicomputer's return and exchange policies are designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free shopping experience.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Sathicomputer online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
